Bio

Dr. Yorke graduated from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. She completed a residency in large animal surgery at Auburn University and is board certified by the American College of Veterinary Surgeons. To complement her sports medicine practice, she earned her certification in equine medical manipulation and acupuncture through Chi University. Dr. Yorke's professional passion is combining her sports medicine and lameness expertise with holistic therapies such as chiropractic, acupuncture, and other rehabilitation techniques to create a happy, comfortable, and successful equine athlete. Along with directing the Chi Equine Medical Center, Dr. Yorke is the coordinator for Chi University's Equine Rehabilitation and Performance course and instructs in the Equine Medical Manipulation and Acupuncture courses.
