Course Overview
Cranio-Neuro-Fascial therapy combines Craniosacral Therapy (cranial osteopathy) and fascial release techniques, emphasizing the nervous system’s role in regulating allostatic and homeostatic responses. Drawing on recent research into the fascial network and its self-regulatory mechanisms, this approach explores the interconnected relationship between the fascial and nervous systems.
This course introduces techniques designed to support the body’s natural regulatory processes and complement a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of Cranio-Neuro-Fascial integration and its potential clinical applications to support improved patient outcomes.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Explain the anatomical and physiological principles relevant to the techniques presented.
- Demonstrate the techniques taught during the course, with attention to accurate hand placement and appropriate execution.
- Describe the clinical rationale and applications of each technique presented.
- Identify relevant precautions, limitations, and considerations when determining whether and how to apply a technique in clinical practice.
- Discuss appropriate ways to incorporate the techniques into their existing clinical approach and scope of practice.
Course Features
- 3 days of in-person lectures, demos, discussion, and hands-on laboratory practice.
- 12 hours of hands-on training with a 1:6 instructor-to-student ratio.
- Exclusively offered to veterinarians.
- Designed for real-world clinical application in both small and large animal practice.
