She obtained certification in acupuncture from IVAS in 2008 and furthered her studies at Chi, achieving certifications in Tui-na (2011), food therapy (2012), and herbal medicine (2013). In 2014, Dr. Hein became a Fellow in Veterinary Acupuncture, followed by certification in Veterinary Medical Manipulation in 2016. She earned her MS-TCVM in 2022 and her MSIVM-C in August 2024. Dr. Hein also shares her expertise by teaching acupuncture labs and lecturing at Chi. Based in the Houston area, she operates as a mobile TCVM practitioner, balancing her professional life with cherished time spent with her husband and two daughters.

Dr. Spracklen is a graduate of the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine. She completed her Veterinary Chiropractic training in 1996 and is certified through the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA). She received certifications in Veterinary Acupuncture (CVA) in 1999 and Medical Manipulation (CVMMP) 2018 through Chi. Dr. Spracklen is owner of a performance-based practice devoted to TCVM and veterinary manipulation. Dr. Spracklen is a national and international speaker on veterinary acupuncture.
